New client, Fernham Homes, at Blean Common!
Thrilled to be underway with our new client, Fernham Homes, at Blean Common!
This project consists of 85 units, as well as roads, sewers, section 278 works, and three swales.
We’ve embraced GPS machine control technology on site, which has been performing brilliantly.
Progress after 10 weeks:
✅ 34 foundations completed
✅ 3 swales lined and topsoiled
✅ 80% of mains storm and foul drainage installed
✅ Road formation taking shape
✅ 278 works currently in progress
