How do you handle waste and recycling?

Do I need to worry about asbestos?
If your building was constructed before the year 2000, it may contain asbestos. We can arrange for a full asbestos survey to be carried out. If asbestos-containing materials are found, our qualified team will manage the safe removal and disposal in line with all legal requirements.

Client: Crest Nicholson Eastern
Project Overview: A large-scale brownfield regeneration project for a major national housebuilder. Kingsheath Construction was appointed by Crest Nicholson Eastern to deliver the complete enabling and groundworks package for Lyewood Farm, a new development of 85 homes in Kent. The project involved a significant initial phase of demolition and site remediation, including specialist asbestos removal, before the main groundworks could commence.
