Our team is responsible for delivering the comprehensive infrastructure and foundational works for Phase 1 of this major development. The project scope demonstrates our capacity to handle complex, high-value contracts for major housebuilders.

Key services being delivered on this groundworks project include:

• Section 278 (S278) Works: Execution of all off-site highway alterations required to facilitate access to the new development, managed and constructed to the specifications of the local highway authority.
• Substructures: Construction of traditional trench-fill foundations for all 178 plots, providing the essential structural base for the new properties.
• Roads and Sewers: Installation of extensive private and adoptable road networks and sewer systems, including deep drainage and main infrastructure connections.
• Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS): Design and implementation of a comprehensive SuDS strategy to effectively manage surface water across the site.
• External Works: All associated hard and soft landscaping, including plot-specific driveways, footpaths, and public open spaces, to ensure a high-quality external environment.

This project is a prime example of our role as a key groundworks project partner in Kent, delivering critical infrastructure and substructure works for flagship residential developments.
