This significant contract involves a full spectrum of our services, establishing the essential infrastructure for a major new coastal community.

Client: Redrow Homes South East
Project Overview: A large-scale infrastructure and groundworks project for a premium national housebuilder. Kingsheath Construction was selected by Redrow Homes South East to deliver the comprehensive groundworks and S278 works package for Monchelsea Park, a significant new community of 145 homes in Maidstone, Kent. The project involved a complex scope, including off-site drainage, major public highway works, and varied foundation solutions.
