The project involved a comprehensive scope of works to establish the site infrastructure and prepare all plots for construction.

Laying the Foundations for a New Kent Community

Our team was tasked with delivering the complete groundworks solution for this significant residential scheme. The project required the installation of all necessary infrastructure to support the new homes, demonstrating our capability to efficiently manage large-scale housing projects.

Key services delivered on this groundworks project included:

  • Substructures: Construction of foundations for all 133 residential units, providing a solid base for the subsequent build phases.
  • Roads and Sewers: Installation of all private and adoptable roads and sewer networks throughout the development, constructed to the precise standards required for local authority adoption.
  • Surface Water Attenuation: Implementation of an effective attenuation system to manage surface water drainage across the site in a sustainable manner.
  • External Works: Completion of all hard landscaping elements, including plot driveways and footpaths, creating a high-quality finish for the development.
