Our team is responsible for delivering the full groundworks package for the initial phase of this significant residential scheme. The project's requirements, including mixed foundation types, demonstrate our technical expertise and ability to adapt to challenging ground conditions on large-scale sites.

Key services delivered on this groundworks project include:

• Mixed Foundation Solutions: Construction of substructures for all 143 plots, utilising both traditional trench-fill and advanced piled foundation methods to provide the most appropriate engineering solution across the site.
• Roads and Sewers: Installation of extensive private and adoptable road networks and sewer systems, all constructed to meet the stringent standards required for adoption by the local authority.
• Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS): Implementation of a full SuDS scheme to manage surface water runoff in an efficient and environmentally friendly way.
• External Works: Completion of all hard and soft landscaping, including plot driveways, footpaths, patios, and public green spaces, to create a high-quality environment for residents.
