Kingsheath Construction is pleased to be working alongside the Vistry Group on this significant residential development at Appledore Road in the historic town of Tenterden.

This £13 million project involves a comprehensive groundworks and infrastructure package to support the delivery of 141 new homes. Our involvement began with an extensive vegetation and topsoil strip to prepare the site, followed by the establishment of complex site logistics and compound facilities.

The technical scope of this project is vast, including major Section 278 and Section 50 works to facilitate safe site access and essential utility connections. Our teams are responsible for the installation of the primary road networks and deep drainage sewers, alongside the construction of attenuation basins designed for modern sustainable water management.

To support the diverse range of housing, we are delivering foundation solutions including both reinforced concrete (RC) groundbeams and traditional strip foundations, supported by our piling attendance and mat preparation. From the initial substructure masonry to the final soft landscaping and external finishes, our team is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure that forms the backbone of this new community.
