Starting with an extensive vegetation and topsoil strip, the project moves into complex Section 278 and Section 50 works to ensure seamless integration with local highways and utility networks. The scope of work is extensive, ranging from the initial site compound and logistics setup to the final soft landscaping and external finishes. Our technical team is overseeing the installation of robust road and sewer networks, as well as high-capacity attenuation basins designed to manage sustainable drainage for the new community.
